What is the purpose of this trial?

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects a fermented soy beverage has on the microorganisms in the body.

Patients will drink 8-oz of a milk-coffee flavored fermented soy beverage twice per day for a period of four weeks. In total, the study will require 11 visits to the clinic over 14 weeks.
