Acute Cardiovascular Stressors to Determine Preeclampsia Risk

What is the purpose of this trial?

You are invited to participate in a research study designed to look at cardiovascular function in women who have had preeclampsia.  We are looking for women between the ages of 18-40 who have had within the last 6-24 months either a pre-eclamptic pregnancy as determined by your doctor or an uncomplicated pregnancy without a history of disordered pregnancies. A blood sample will be taken as well as an ultrasound of an artery in your arm and nerve recordings near the outside of the knee.
